One of Marvel Studios earliest announcements for Disney+ was the animated series What If…?. Whilst we’ve seen snippets of footage snatched at conventions and a handful of stills we had yet to see any official footage.
But that changed last night at the Disney Investor Day event when Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige showed off the series first official trailer.
The series is set to explore key moments and storylines from the MCU with certain “What If…?” twists. Key ones to pick up on this trailer are Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) as Captain Britain and King T’Challa as Star-Lord. There’s also a very interesting scene with Doctor Stranger seemingly facing himself in battle and plenty of foreboding dialogue from The Watcher.

What If…? will join the Disney+ streaming service sometime in 2021.
