A little while ago, fans around were world were sent on a little quest to build a brand new visual for a mystery project revolving around My Hero Academia. The visual was split into 3 separate pieces which you can check out here.
The visual showed Izuku, Bakugo, and Todoroki taking the center stage in brand new costumes with a phrase underneath:
HE WILL MEET “THE THREE MUSKETEERS”
While is wasn’t confirmed that this was for a movie, a lot of fans were convinced that a third movie was well and truly on its way. We can confirm today that My Hero Academia is getting a brand new movie in 2021. More specifically, in the Summer of 2021.
According to ComicBook.com, the poster was included in the newest issue of Weekly Shonen Jump, the only difference being that this poster included a release date.
So, there we have it. fans can rejoice. Although, considering the spectacular third act of the second film, Heroes Rising, we’re wondering how they plan on topping that. Any thoughts?
Hopefully within the coming months we will have a better idea of what this new film will be about. For now, all we can do it speculate. We’ll be sure to keep you informed with any new information about the upcoming film.
