Earlier this week Warner Bros. confirmed that Wonder Woman 1984 will indeed still be coming to cinemas in December. But for those unable to unsure about heading out to the theatre, you’ll also be able to watch the film on HBO Max for one month from Christmas Day.
This week the studio has also dropped this brand new still of Gal Gadot in action from what appears to be the White House sequence glimpsed in the film’s trailers.
We’re currently running a poll over on our Instagram account to see who is planning to head out to the cinema to see the film when it finally opens. Unconfirmed rumours currently point to a slightly earlier release date of December 16 here in the UK. With the UK government planning to announce a change from the current lockdown restrictions to start on December 2, could we finally be about to see a new comic book movie on the big screen?
Gal Gadot returns in the role of Diana Prince/Wonder Woman in Wonder Woman 1984. The film also stars Kristen Wiig in the role of the Super-Villain The Cheetah, as well as Pedro Pascal. And Chris Pine returns as Steve Trevor. The film is directed by Patty Jenkins.
