According to The Hollywood Reporter, Danny Ramirez, known for his role in On My Block, will be joining upcoming Disney+ series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, with rumours circulating that he will be playing a pivotal role.
Currently in production after a shutdown due to the pandemic, more news of The Falcon and Winter Soldier is starting to be released as the release draws closer and filming soon draws to a close. It is expected to hit the Disney+ streaming service small screen in August 2021.
Ramirez will join returning Marvel actors Daniel Bruhl and Emily VanCamp, as well as universe newcomer Wyatt Russell.
The last big-budget Hollywood project Ramirez has taken part in was the highly anticipated Top Gun sequel, Top Gun: Maverick. His series credits include popular Netflix series On My Block and Fox’s Marvel series The Gifted, which aired from 2017 until 2019.
