THE BATMAN Release Moved to 2022 as Warner Bros Moves Their Big Titles Due to Worldwide Uncertainty
Warner Bros. continues to juggle release dates as THE BATMAN, DUNE and other high profile movies all move back.

More disappointing news coming out today that Warner Bros. will be moving the release date of the highly anticipated The Batman to at least 2022.
The Batman, which was set to be Robert Pattison’s caped crusader debut, had originally been moved to October 2021 but today due to more uncertainty in the film industry the announcement has been made that it will now be released March 4, 2022. Other big names to be rescheduled include the epic Dune which will now be released on the original date of The Batman, October 1, 2021 and not the originally announced December 18.
Other big releases set to move are The Flash starring Ezra Miller will move from June 3, 2022 slot and change to November 4, 2022. Also Shazam 2 has been moved from its November 4, 2022 date and will instead release on June 2, 2023.
No doubt more films will move as the uncertainty continues.
