Amazon Prime Video is gearing up for the release of The Boys season 2 later in 2020. Yesterday, the studio brought us our first look at Aya Cash suited up as Stormfront via these new images released by EW.
Speaking of the characters Cash says “She can be quite the feminist. You start off this season thinking she’s one thing and then discover she’s another. There are quite a few times where you’ll identify with her as an audience member or agree with what she says. I think [those] are the most dangerous people.”
“She’s the grenade that gets thrown into Homelander’s world and the world of the Seven,” adds actor Antony Starr who plays Homelander on the series. “She really causes me so many problems.”
Amazon Prime is yet to set a premiere date for the new series but the cast will be appearing at Paleyfest on March 15 to debut the first new footage.
The Boys stars Karl Urban as Billy Butcher, Jack Quaid as Hughie, Laz Alonso as Mother’s Milk, Karen Fukuhara as the Female, Erin Moriarty as Annie January, Chace Crawford as the Deep, Antony Starr as Homelander and Simon Pegg as Hughie’s dad.
