Well here’s a rumour we hadn’t expected to report any time soon. It seems that Batman Begins and The Dark Knight star Christian Bale is in talks to join Taika Waititi’s Thor: Love and Thunder.
A new report from Collider understands Bale has begun negotiations with Marvel Studios. Though the studio declined to comment on the story it hasn’t stopped plenty from theorising about who the ex-Dark Knight might portray with many suggesting he could be perfect casting for Balder the Brave.
Yesterday we brought you the news that Waititi is heading to Australia in April to being prep on the film ahead of an August shoot.
Starring Chris Hemsworth, Tessa Thompson and Natalie Portman, Thor: Love and Thunder is expected to arrive in cinemas on November 5th 2021.
