The cast of Crisis On Infinite Earths just got even bigger… or should that be smaller? Supernatural alum Osric Chau has joined the cast of the five-part crossover as Ryan Choi aka The Atom.
According to EW Chau will take on the second live action version of Atom following Brandon Routh’s portrayal of the Ray Palmer version of the character.
Choi is described as “a physics professor at Ivy Town University” who “is just a normal guy who comes to learn that he has a pivotal role to play in the coming crisis.”
Choi was created by Grant Morrison, Gail Simone and John Byrne, and is an Asian-American physics professor at Ivy University who follows in Ray Palmer’s footsteps. His versions of The Atom has been a member of both the Justice League of American and the Lighter Than Air Society.
Crisis On Infinite Earths begins on December 8, 2019 with Supergirl and continues with Batwoman on December 9 and The Flash on December 10. The five-part crossover concludes with Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow both airing on January 14, 2020.
