Take this post as you will but we’re seeing it as close to confirmation as we can at this time.
Meanwhile THR is reporting that an offer to join the film in a villainous role. We understand at this time that negotiations are still ongoing and his role is yet to be confirmed.
Sources point to him either taking on The Penguin or Riddler. We’re still holding out hope for Fantastic Beasts star Eddie Redmayne as Nygma so the announcement of Hill as Penguin would be very encouraging.
The Batman is still rumoured to begin filming early in 2020 here in the UK with production expected to shoot on sets at Warner Bros. famous Leavesden Studios.
The Batman is due for release on June 25, 2021.
