After releasing many short promos throwing back to the days of 80’s slashers, American Horror Story: 1984 has released it’s first official trailer today, showing the characters in action, and more importantly, it’s killer, Mr Jingles.
Featuring all the landmark traits from the slasher heyday, 1984 promises to be a real treat for 80’s horror fans, with the summer camp setting alone making me nostalgic for the peak years at Crystal Lake.
American Horror Story: 1984 will bring back stars Emma Roberts, Cody Fern & Angela Bassett, but Sarah Paulson and Evan Peters have been confirmed as skipping this one out.
Olympic gold medalist Gus Kenworthy is the newcomer to the cast, as well as a possible cameo role from Jessica Lange, in what promises to be a fantastic death scene!
American Horror Story: 1984 will premiere on September 18.
