Fresh off producing André Øvredal’s Scary Sories to Tell in the Dark, Guillermo Del Toro is at it again with Scott Cooper’s new flick, Antlers.
Looking like a small-town monster movie with some creepy practical effects, this one is making sure everyone knows that it’s definitely not for kids.
The trailer is pitch-perfect in teasing just enough, and with Russell at the top of her game after multiple Emmy and Golden Globe nominations for her role in The Americans, this is definitely one to keep an eye on!
In Antlers, a small-town Oregon teacher (Keri Russell) and her brother (Jesse Plemons), the local sheriff, become entwined with a young student (Jeremy T. Thomas) harboring a dangerous secret with frightening consequences.
Also starring Graham Greene, Scott Haze, Rory Cochrane and Amy Madigan.
Antlers will be released sometime in 2020.
