Katie Cassidy Rodgers has had a long journey since debuting as Laurel Lance in the pilot episode of Arrow.
In the last eight years she’s become the Black Canary, died, returned from Earth-2 as Black Siren and crossed paths with The Flash. But now Cassidy Rodgers is taking on a new challenge, directing.
In a new interview with EW at San Diego Comic Con Cassidy Rodgers has confirmed that she will be directing an episode of series final season.
“Throughout the years I always have wanted to, and I just started shadowing more and shadowing more, and I recently did the Warner Bros. directors’ program, which was incredible,” Rodgers explained. “It’s going to be fun. I can’t wait to direct all you!”
