As we are writing this the cast and crew of Terminator: Dark Fate are live on the stage in Hall H at San Diego Comic Con.
The panel opened with a video from James Cameron who confirmed that Edward Furlong will be returning to the franchise as John Connor. Furlong returns alongside fellow Terminator 2 star Linda Hamilton as Sarah Connor.
Director Tim Miller has also confirmed the film will definitely be Rated R. “It was because the fans demanded it in a way. I had a whole other plan, but the thing is, the DNA of Terminator is an R rated [frick]ing movie.”
