Disney’s latest “live-action” remake, The Lion King, hits UK cinemas on Friday of this week. To celebrate we’re taking a deep dive on the movie all through this week with clips, featurettes and interviews with the cast and crew.
In this latest video we’re taking a look at the red (well orange) carpet from the European Premiere. We were lucky enough to attend the event which took place in London’s Leicester Square last Sunday and got to see all of the action as it unfolded.
Watch as director Jon Favreau and stars Florence Kasumba, Keegan-Michael Key, Billy Eichner and Seth Rogen walk the carpet alongside Elton John, Hans Zimmer and the legendary Tim Rice. If you’re lucky you might also spot a certain Mrs Carters making her arrival!
