Many fans expected that Batwoman would hit screens at mid-season following the conclusion of Arrow. But network The CW has since confirmed that only Legends of Tomorrow will hang back until 2020.
In the meantime Batwoman will premiere alongside Supergirl, Arrow and The Flash sometime in September/October.
One lingering question has been just how many episodes the first season of the show would be producing.
A new leaked image, purporting to be from The CW confirms the first season will feature a minimum 13 episodes.
That doesn’t mean the network won’t pick up the back nine episode should the season be well received.
