THE BATMAN on track to start shooting in 2019

Director Matt Reeves has shared an update on The Batman on twitter.

Reeves held an impromptu Q&A session with fans early on Friday. Whilst any of the questions were, of course, utterly random, and the director gave no groundbreaking news he did confirm one important detail.

As you can see from the tweet below Reeves confirmed the movie is on track to begin production by the end of 2019. That should mean that all is on track for the June 2021 release date!

This also means we should expect some casting news in the very near future.

The Batman is due for release on June 25, 2021.
