Is Harry Potter star Emma Watson on her way to join the MCU? A new rumour from That Hashtag Show seems to think so.
Casting breakdowns teased that the movie was look for a “kick-ass female Bond” type role and now it appears Emma Watson is the front-runner for the role.
A list of front runners exclusively revealed that THS also includes Alice Englert (Beautiful Creatures), Dar Zuzovsky (Hostages) and Florence Pugh (Little Women). At the time of writing it was noted that Watson remains the favourite to take on the role.
Black Widow will see the return of Scarlett Johansson in her first solo outing. The film currently doesn’t have a release date but is expected to occupy the May 1, 2020 release date being held by Marvel Studios.
