Ant-Man and The Wasp

Marvel Studios and its partner Disney has announced details of the North American home video release of Ant-Man and The Wasp. The film will see its digital HD release on October 2 followed by physical release on October 16.

The movies digital release will come complete with two bonus featurettes not available on the physical release:

10 Years of Marvel Studios: The Art of the Marvel Cinematic Universe – See what it takes to bring the MCU to life, and the role concept artists play in bringing Super Heroes from comic book to screen.
Online Close-Up Magic University – This commercial will inspire you to expand your mind and maximize your full potential!
DVD and blu-ray editions of the movie will feature the following back-up features:
Director’s Intro by Peyton Reed – The talented creator behind some of Marvel Studios’ funniest and most charming films will invite home audiences deeper into the world of “Ant-Man and The Wasp.”

From the Marvel Cinematic Universe comes a new chapter featuring heroes with the astonishing ability to shrink: Ant-Man and The Wasp. In the aftermath of Captain America: Civil War, Scott Lang (Rudd) grapples with the consequences of his choices as both a Super Hero and a father. As he struggles to rebalance his home life with his responsibilities as Ant-Man, he’s confronted by Hope van Dyne (Lilly) and Dr. Hank Pym (Douglas) with an urgent new mission. Scott must once again put on the suit and learn to fight alongside The Wasp as the team works together to uncover secrets from their past.

Ant-Man and the Wasp stars Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly and Michael Douglas. The film also stars Michelle Pfeiffer, Judy Greer, Walton Goggins, Michael Pena, Laurence Fishburne and David Dastmalchian.

The film is directed by Payton Reed from a screenplay by Andrew Barrer, Gabriel Ferrari and Paul Rudd.
