It has been another successful year for the DCTV slate. On The CW all five main shows have been picked up for new seasons. Gotham has been renewed for a fifth and final season. iZombie will also be ending but without unnecessary cancellation.
It also seems there may be hope for Lucifer to return. Star Tom Ellis has told British journalists that “conversations have started” to bring the show back.
But following the end of the broadcast season comes the next stage of the TV life cycle. DVD and Blu-Ray releases.
Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has overnight released details on new box sets for Gotham, Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl and Legends of Tomorrow.

It was recently announced that original series star Katie Cassidy will return as a series regular in season 6 as the Earth-2 Laurel Lance/Black Siren.
In Season Four, the mission of Barry Allen, aka The Flash (Grant Gustin), is once more to protect Central City from metahuman threats. First, he’ll have to escape the Speed Force.
