Director Matt Reeves is doing the rounds of press promoting War for the Planet of the Apes. Whilst he only completed editing the film a little over a week ago he’s deep in to the world press tour ahead of its July release. Whilst many of his recent interviews have focussed on that films development many have been quick to ask about another of his projects. Namely The Batman.
Speaking with New Trailer Buzz Reeves did briefly discuss the comparisons between Batman and Ceaser. He also touched on how his vision for the film may come together. You can checkout the interview snippet in the player below!
Reeves will be touring War for the Planet of the Apes for several more weeks as the film rolls out worldwide. Later in the summer his commitments to 20th Century Fox will come to an end. From late August/early September Reeves will move to Warner Bros. to begin his work on The Batman.
