Word on the street this week has it that the upcoming ‘Wonder Woman’ film which was slated to begin production sometime this year in London has secretly started filming.

Tweets from DC Chief Creative Officer Geoff Johns have alluded to production starting and also his presence in London where producer Charles Roven has confirmed that the film is doing much of it’s shooting:

Later in the week there was a shot of Gal Gadot on instagram in training for shooting which added credence to the fact that things were underway although there were no obvious signs the shot to show that she was also in London:

After this came word from the Editor in Chief of Collider Steven Weintraub that the film was in fact NOT in production:

Wonder Woman has not started filming.

But FINALLY in this convoluted story comes an Instagram post from actor/director Saïd Taghmaoui showing himself with Chris Pine dressed in some clearly WW2 era clothing. Could be the two are working together on a WW2 era film HOWEVER the photo shows them sitting on the steps of a trailer emblazoned with the word ‘Nightingale’ which is widely known to be the production title for ‘Wonder Woman’:

As if you needed more evidence Taghmaoui also posted this photo to his Facebook page:

I don’t know about you but I think it’s safe to say that ‘Wonder Woman’ is indeed in production!
