Amazon has released the official teaser trailer for upcoming original movie, Encounter. Hailing from writer Joe Barton and co-writer/director Michael Pearce, the film recently made its debut at the Toronto International Film Festival.

A decorated Marine goes on a rescue mission to save his two young sons from a mysterious threat. As their journey takes them in increasingly dangerous directions, the boys will need to leave their childhoods behind.
Amazon Studios releases Encounter in US theatres on December 3, 2021 and viewers across the globe can stream the film on Prime Video from December 10.
