It was only a couple of days ago that we confirmed Spider-Man villain Shriek had been added to the script for Sony Pictures’ upcoming Venom 2. Now we have some casting news for the character.
According to Variety, Skyfall and No Time To Die star Naomie Harris has landed the role. It seems new director Andy Serkis isn’t shying away from luring top tier talent to the picture as Harris was nominated for an Academy Award for her work in Moonlight.
Andy Serkis directs Venom 2 which stars Tom Hardy as Eddie Brock/Venom, with Michelle Williams returning as Anne Weying. The Film opens in cinemas on October 2, 2020.
