Wonder Woman won big last night at the 23rd Annual Critics’ Choice Awards. The film won Best Action Movie beating off strong competition from Logan, War for the Planet of The Apes, Thor: Ragnarok and Baby Driver.
Star Gal Gadot was also presented with the #SeeHer Award by director Patty Jenkins for challenging female stereotypes in media. Gal thanked fans for the awards on her Twitter account:

Logan was less lucky losing in all the categories where it was nominated. The biggest winner of the night was Guillermo Del Torro’s The Shape of Water which took home the Best Picture award amongst others.
