Before Marvel took the stage in Hall H yesterday it was the turn of Star Trek to hold court at San Diego Comic-Con. As the franchise celebrates 60 years journeying across the stars it was the time for Star Trek: Strange New Worlds to shine as season 4 gets underway.
Though there were no major revelations during the panel the assembled cast, including Anson Mount, Rebecca Romijn, Ethan Peck, Christina Chong, Celia Rose Gooding, Melissa Navia, and Paul Wesley, did show off a brand new trailer teasing their upcoming adventures.
With episode one now streaming this trailer is mainly made up of footage from episode three onwards, with a few glimpses even at the finale which looks to be some kind of look at the future with James T. Kirk (Wesley) now in charge of the Enterprise.

Season four stars Anson Mount, Rebecca Romijn, Ethan Peck, Jess Bush, Christina Chong, Celia Rose Gooding, Melissa Navia, Babs Olusanmokun and Martin Quinn, along with guest stars Carol Kane and Paul Wesley.
The series is produced by CBS Studios, Secret Hideout and Roddenberry Entertainment.
Akiva Goldsman and Henry Alonso Myers serve as co-showrunners. Alex Kurtzman, Akiva Goldsman, Henry Alonso Myers, Aaron Baiers, Dana Horgan, Alan McElroy, Robbie Thompson, Frank Siracusa, John Weber, Chris Fisher, Anson Mount, Rod Roddenberry and Trevor Roth serve as season four executive producers.
