A24 has shared the first trailer for Lance Oppenheim’s Primetime. The film, produced by and starring Robert Pattinson, will have its world premiere at the Venice International Film Festival ahead of a debut in UK and Irish cinemas in the autumn. In the film, Pattinson stars as To Catch a Predator host Chris Hansen. The story follows Hansen as he sets out to make television history. The next piece on the chess board that is Marvel Studios’ brand new X-Men film has seemingly fallen into place. Deadline has tonight revealed the Jake Schreier-directed title has landed Heartstopper heartthrob Kit Connor to play a key role. According to the trade Connor has landed the role of Scott Summers, aka Cyclops, leader of the titular mutant group. The news is yet to be confirmed by either the studio or Connor himself.
