Earlier today we brought you a first look at poster artwork for Kane Parsons’ mysterious sci-fi horror project Backrooms. Now A24 has released a teaser trailer for the film, set to hit UK cinemas on May 29, 2026. The film is Parsons directorial debut and comes from a screenplay by DMZ showrunner Roberto Patino and Will Soodik. Clues can be found in Parsons’ YouTube series, also called Backrooms, which focusses on the urban legend of the same name.
