Hulu, the home of Marvel’s Runaways series, as recently expressed a potential interest in expanding its Marvel catalogue. Senior vice president Craig Erwich has been discussing with The Wrap, that expansion plans are coming. Erwich was asked about the possibility of the platform reviving any of Marvel’s recently canceled by Netflix series. Daredevil, Luke Cage and Iron Fist are all up for grabs. Aquaman and Shazam! producer Peter Safran has been discussing the impending release of the latter with the press. Deadline is reporting that development is on going for an Aquaman sequel. Following the over one billion dollar haul of the first movie it was clear Warner Bros. would be looking to start work on a sequel. It’s now been reported that David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick has been tapped to pen the sequel. Johnson-McGoldrick is credited as a co-writer on the first movie. It’s unclear at this stage if Will Beal will also return to co-write the movie. The trade is also reporting that the sequel based on The Trench will also feature Jason Momoa and Amber Heard in some capacity.…
