Overnight The Hollywood Reporter has broken an exclusive story which will have many fans worried. The trade is reporting that Warner Bros. has hired star Ezra Miller and comics writer Grant Morrison to work on the script for The Flash. But there’s a twist. Talk about a shock change of heart! Deadline has confirmed that Disney has rehired director James Gunn to work on Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. The movie was originally due to enter productionthis year for a 2020 release. But when offensive tweets from the director, written some years ago, resurfaced the decision was made to fire him from the role. It’s been announced that another cast member has boarded the solo Picard series coming from the Star Trek universe. Relative newcomer Evan Evagora has joined CBS All Access’ series in an undisclosed role, according to Deadline. Evagora is also set to appear in next year’s movie adaption of Fantasy Island. He joins the previously announced Santiago Cabrera and Michelle Hurd and, of course, series lead Patrick Stewart. The series is set to commence production in Spring. No premiere date has been set.
