So, JUJUTSU KAISEN will be back… We’re just not sure when. However, while we wait for new announcments to come our way, we do have a very special treat for JJK fans.
To celebrate the third season, we were incredibly lucky to be given an opportunity to talk to the English dub cast of JJK.
Adam McArthur– Yuji Itadori

As an industry vet with over 25 years in the business, McArthur is currently voicing the main character, Yuji Itadori, in the smash hit anime JUJUTSU KAISEN. The show was awarded a Guinness World Record for most in-demand anime and was also the recipient of the Crunchyroll Anime Awards, Anime of the Year for 2024. The third season is streaming now.
McArthur can also be heard as the co-lead, Reno Ichikawa, in Kaiju No. 8. Boasting an impressive first season, Kaiju No. 8 is already multi award-winning and season two is available to stream now.
McArthur is also known for his voice work in Disney’s critically acclaimed Star vs. The Forces of Evil, Goodbye DonGlees, The First Slam Dunk, Tokyo Revengers, Big City Greens, My Hero Academia, BROATS, Disney’s Chibiverse, Homestuck, and the original animated series The LeBrons, from the mind of NBA legend LeBron James. He has also lent his voice to many Emmy Award-winning shows such as Cartoon Network’s Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Netflix’s The Adventures of Puss in Boots and is currently the voice of Disney XD.
Kayleigh Mckee– Yuta Okkotsu

Kayleigh is voice actress, writer, worldbuilder and artist from a cornfield somewhere in the backwoods of Illinois. She is best known for playing fan-favorite characters like Yuta Okkotsu in JUJUTSU KAISEN, Pina in the hit anime BEASTARS, Testament in Guilty Gear Strive, Scarab in Adventure Time: Fionna & Cake, and as nonbinary mage Varden Dawngraspin the massive “Hearthstone” digital card game set in the World of Warcraft. She is one of few transgender women in professional voice over, and a major advocate of social progress blazing a new path in the realm of acting for anime, cartoons, and games. Her most striking attribute is her ability to portray a vast range of characters masculine, feminine and further, as well as just being an overall goof!
Together, we dicussed the third season in general, voice acting preparation and the global sensation that is anime. It was a delightfully fun and engaging chat that we are so excited to share with you.
