Comixology, Amazon’s premier digital comics service, will have a booth on the main convention floor at New York Comic-Con 2025, alongside Kindle, featuring the Kindle Colorsoft which brings comics to life through its easy-on-the-eyes color display, located at booth #4454.

Headlining their presence at the show will be the Comixology x Kindle Colorsoft Scavenger Hunt, an interactive experience celebrating comics and reading that encourages NYCC attendees to visit the booths of many publishers whose titles are available on Comixology and Kindle – including Abrams ComicArts, AWA, DC Comics, IDW, Mad Cave Studios, Oni Press, Scholastic, Vault Comics, YEN Press, Zenescope, and Comixology Originals creators Alex Segura, Erica Schultz, Frank J. Barbiere, Jamal Igle, Jock, Kim-Joy, Scott Snyder, and more – to find and scan a unique QR code located at their booth to unlock rewards, including free digital comics, discounts, and the chance to win a Kindle Colorsoft. Get ready to play: Participants must be 18+ and logged into an Amazon U.S. account to participate.

“We’re thrilled to be teaming up with Kindle for NYCC 2025, especially after their hot off the press announcement about the new Kindle Scribe Colorsoft that, with its 11-inch color display, is going to be huge for digital comics reading,” said Jeff DiBartolomeo, GM and CTO of Comixology. “Following the success of the Comixology x Kindle Colorsoft Scavenger Hunt at SDCC earlier this year, we’re excited to bring it to NYCC! We invite attendees to join us and our many publishing partners in this celebration of comics, reading, and of the massive, diverse library of comics – from classics to today’s newest releases – available through more than 150 publishers on Comixology and Kindle.”

With a united presence at New York Comic-Con, Comixology – the industry-leading digital comics destination, offering over 250,000 digital comics, graphic novels and manga from major publishers and independents across Kindle, iOS, Android and desktop featuring exclusive Guided View technology that offers a cinematic and immersive reading option – and Kindle Colorsoft – the color reading device you can’t put down – are highlighting how they’re elevating storytelling through color and enhancing how readers experience digital comics.

DiBartolomeo continued, “Make the Comixology x Kindle Colorsoft booth your first stop on the scavenger hunt. While you’re there, give the “gumball” machine a spin to collect a capsule with an exclusive pin, a QR code to scan for a free digital comic, along with a chance to instantly win a Kindle Colorsoft!”
