Have you picked your jaw up off the floor yet Super Friends? We’ve only just about recovered from the latest episode of X-Men ’97 and now Disney+ and Marvel are taking us back to the trauma with new official images from this week’s episode.
This week’s episode, titled “Motendo/Life Death – Part 1”, features two stories at wildly different ends of the spectrum. In “Motendo”, Jubilee is turning 18 and just wants to spend her birthday playing video games. Whilst in “Life Death – Part 1” we pick up with Storm and Forge and she desperately searches to regain her powers.
In our five star review of Neil says “Fire Made Flesh is the best episode of X-Men ’97 yet. Dynamic, fast-paced and heart-wrenching. In just three episodes the series has proven itself a worthy successor to one of the 90’s greatest cartoon series”.
