With the ultimate fate of John Wick currently in limbo, fans are clamouring to get more stories from the rich world of the Keanu Reeves led franchise. This September, UK fans will get their wish granted with the arrival of prequel series The Continental on Prime Video.
As the name suggests, the series will explore the origin behind the iconic hotel-for-assassins through the eyes and actions of a young Winston Scott, as he’s dragged into the Hell-scape of 1970’s New York City to face a past he thought he’d left behind.
Prime has debuted a handful of first look stills from the series which you can check out below:
The series stars Colin Woodell as the aforementioned Scott. He’ll be joined by Mel Gibson, Mishel Prada, Ben Robson, Hubert Point-Du Jour, Nhung Kate, Jessica Allain, Ayomide Adegun, Jeremy Bobb and Peter Greene. In the US the series will stream on Peacock.
