Paramount Pictures has given us a first look at Damien Chazelle’s Babylon with a set of brand new images. The film, which tackles life in 1920’s LA, boasts a huge cast including Brad Pitt and Margot Robbie and is currently set to hit UK cinemas in January 2023.
An official synopsis for the film, released alongside the new stills, teases what to expect from the decadence and depravity of the film:
From Damien Chazelle, BABYLON is an original epic set in 1920s Los Angeles led by Brad Pitt, Margot Robbie and Diego Calva, with an ensemble cast including Jovan Adepo, Li Jun Li and Jean Smart. A tale of outsized ambition and outrageous excess, it traces the rise and fall of multiple characters during an era of unbridled decadence and depravity in early Hollywood.

Written and directed by Damien Chazelle, Babylon stars Brad Pitt, Margot Robbie, Diego Calva, Jean Smart, Jovan Adepo, Li Jun Li, Lukas Haas and Tobey Maguire. Also starring are P.J. Byrne, Olivia Hamilton, Max Minghella, Rory Scovel, Katherine Waterston, Flea, Jeff Garlin, Eric Roberts, Ethan Suplee, Samara Weaving and Olivia Wilde.
The film is slated to hit UK cinemas in January 2023.
