Early in the new year Warner Bros. Television, The CW and DC Comics are bringing a brand new hero to our screens with Ava DuVernay’s Naomi. The adaption of the Wonder Comics imprint series by Brian Michael Bendis is set to premiere alongside the second season of Superman & Lois on January 11 in North America.
Overnight the network has released a brand new trailer which features a cameo from the Man of Steel, a Thanagarian and plenty more action from the upcoming show. Check out the full trailer in the player below:

Executive produced by Ava DuVernay, Naomi stars Kaci Walfall as Naomi McDuffie. The series co-stars Mary-Charles Jones as Annabelle, Cranston Johnson as Zumbado, Alexander Wraith as Dee, Daniel Puig as Nathan, Aidan Gemme as Jacob, Will Meyers as Anthony, Camila Moreno as Lourdes, Mouzam Makkar as Jennifer, Barry Watson as Greg and Stephanie March as Akira.
The series premieres on The CW on January 11, 2022.
