DC Comics and Loma Vista Recordings have released the Dark Nights: Death Metal Soundtrack, executive produced by Tyler Bates; companion piece to the bestselling comics and graphic novels by Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo.
Like the Dark Nights: Death Metal comic series isn’t your normal superhero storyline, the soundtrack isn’t the typical superhero soundtrack. From the executive producer acclaimed composer Tyler Bates (Guardians of the Galaxy, Watchmen, John Wick), the Dark Nights: Death Metal Soundtrack brings together artists such as Mastodon, Denzel Curry, Manchester Orchestra, Chelsea Wolfe, IDLES, Starcrawler and more, with each contributing songs directly inspired by the text.
