McFarlane Toys has unveiled a brand new Batman action figure that has been designed by Todd McFarlane himself. McFarlane has produced some amazing stories across both DC and Marvel, notably The Amazing Spider-Man and Batman: Year Two. Obviously, Todd is most know for creating Spawn. However, it seems the Dark Knight still holds a special place in his heart.

This brand new figure features a never-before-seen version of the Dark Knight. We’re talking a brand new costume and overall look . You can check out Todd McFarlane’s announcement video right here.

This new incarnation of Batman will also launch an entirely new line exclusive to McFarlane Toys. The McFarlane Gold Label Collection will feature new designs for other iconic characters. If Batman were in a huge battle in space, without any of his gadgets and tech, he could potentially die. I’ve always had an affinity for Batman, and it’s an honor to design a brand new version of a Batman figure”
