Timeless actors Goran Visnjic and Claudia Doumit are joining the second season of The Boys. According to Deadline, they will be joining Amazon’s superhero show in recurring roles.
Goran Visnjic will portray a charismatic leader called Alistair Adana who is the head of mysterious church. Doumit, however, will be playing a young congresswoman called Victoria Neuman.
Season two will also see Doumit and Visnjic reunited with showrunner Eric Kripke, who actually created the NBC series Timeless.
With new characters appearing, it will be interesting to see how these newcomers fit into season two. Particularly Visnjic’s character. What sort of church are we dealing with and how will it tie into the dark and brutal superhero world? Only time will tell.
The Boys stars Karl Urban as Billy Butcher, Jack Quaid as Hughie, Laz Alonso as Mother’s Milk, Karen Fukuhara as the Female, Erin Moriarty as Annie January, Chace Crawford as the Deep, Antony Starr as Homelander.
