Earlier this week we got a first look at G.I. Joe spinoff Snake Eyes thanks to some first look stills in Entertainment Weekly. Now the studio has gone ahead and officially released those photos in hi-res AND confirmed when fans will get their first look at the movie.

It might mean we in the UK won’t see it until Monday morning but if these stills are anything to go by then there’s a lot to look forward to!
The official synopsis for Snake Eyes reads:
Snake Eyes: G.I. Joe Origins stars Henry Golding as Snake Eyes, a tenacious loner who is welcomed into an ancient Japanese clan called the Arashikage after saving the life of their heir apparent. Upon arrival in Japan, the Arashikage teach Snake Eyes the ways of the ninja warrior while also providing something he’s been longing for: a home. But, when secrets from his past are revealed, Snake Eyes’ honor and allegiance will be tested – even if that means losing the trust of those closest to him.
Directed by Robert Schwentke, Snake Eyes: G.I. Joe Origins stars Henry Golding, Andre Koji, Iko Uwais, Úrsula Corberó, Samara Weaving, Haruka Abe and Tahehiro Hira. The film is due in cinemas on July 23.
