Following the release of the new poster yesterday, the cast of Birds of Prey took to the stage at CCXP in Sao Paolo last night to debut new artwork, the opening scene AND a new trailer for the film.
Whilst it seems we may have to wait until the New Year to see the second trailer we do have some goodies to show off for you. Warner Bros. has released this new set of character posters featuring each of the film’s main cast. Fans who were concerned that all the marketing would focus on Margot Robbie has Harley will be happy to see Huntress (Mary Elizabeth Winstead), Black Canary (Jurnee Smollett-Bell) and Renee Montoya (Rosie Perez) each getting a moment to shine.
As for that trailer? We understand it showed off Dinah’s canary cry at full force as well as showing Ewan McGregor wearing a very comic accurate piece of headgear as Black Mask… stay tuned for more!
Birds of Prey (And The Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) stars Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Huntress, Jurnee Smollett-Bell as Black Canary and Rosie Perez as Renee Montoya. The movie will be directed by Cathy Yan and arrives in cinemas on February 7, 2020.
