    TWD3 finally gets its title and a new trailer

    Weeks ago it was announced that the new third series in The Walking Dead universe would be coming to Amazon Prime in international territories. Now the team at Prime has unveiled an exciting new trailer for the series, officially titled The Walking Dead: World Beyond.

    Amazon Prime Video Announces Title for Third Series in The Walking Dead Universe, The Walking Dead: World Beyond

    In a new trailer, Emmy Award-Winner Julia Ormond was revealed as a series regular

    Coming to Prime Video in Spring 2020, The Walking Dead: World Beyond will be available on Amazon Prime Video in the UK and across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Africa along with select countries in Europe

    LONGON, UK – 25TH NOVEMBER 2019(NSDQ: AMZN) – Amazon Prime Video announced the title of the third series from The Walking Dead universe, The Walking Dead: World Beyond, which will be coming to Prime Video in Spring 2020. Additionally, a new trailer for the series, revealed Emmy Award-winner, Julia Ormond as a series regular playing the charismatic leader of a large, sophisticated and formidable force.  

    Following the successful release of The Walking Dead and Fear the Walking Dead, the next series is co-created by Scott M. Gimple, withMatt Negrete on board as co-creator and showrunner. The series will star Aliyah Royale,Alexa Mansour, Annet Mahendru, Nicolas Cantu, Hal Cumpston and Nico Tortorella.

    Also joining the show’s series regulars in recurring guest roles this season are Natalie Gold (Succession, The Land of Steady Habits) as Lyla, a mysterious figure operating in the shadows on behalf of the cause she believes in;Al Calderon (Step Up: High Water) as Barca;Scott Adsit (Veep, 30 Rock) as Tony; and Ted Sutherland (Fear Street, Rise) as Percy. 

    The Walking Dead: World Beyond will focus on the first generation raised in the zombie apocalypse. Some will become heroes. Some will become villains. In the end, all of them will be changed forever. Grown-up and cemented in their identities, both good and bad.

    The new series from the world of The Walking Dead is produced by AMC Studios and will be available on Prime Video in the UK and across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe (excluding Spain and Portugal). The series will be available in North and South America, Spain and Portugal on AMC.
