Studios announced today that the premiere issue of the miniseries set after the events of Buffy the Last Vampire Slayer by writer Casey Gilly (Buffy the Vampire Slayer: The Lost Summer), artist Oriol Roig (Forlorn), colorist Gloria Martinelli, and letterer Ed Dukeshire, has sold out at the distributor level!
Thess, daughter of Tara and Willow, is all grown up, having taken up the mantle as the new Slayer. But with new responsibilities come new enemies and a mysterious clan that will do anything to get to her…even if it means using her friends as bait!

In response to the overwhelming support from retailers and fans, BOOM! Studios has announced a second printing, featuring brand new cover art by series cover artist Ario Anindito (Star Wars: The High Republic), available in stores August 30, 2023.
