Simon Kinberg teases reshoots underway on X-MEN: DARK PHOENIX

X-Men: Dark Phoenix

We’ve heard plenty of rumours about the reshoots for X-Men: Dark Phoenix. First we heard they were going take months, then they were only due to last a matter of weeks.

Well not it seems those reshoots are well under way. First-time director Simon Kinberg has teased reshoots with a number of posts on his Instagram account.

First up the director teased a super secret set under construction before showing off a chair emblazoned with the name Jean Grey.

X-Men: Dark Phoenix is being directed by Simon Kinberg. James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence and Michael Fassbender are confirmed to return to the roles of Charles Xavier, Mystique and Magneto respectively. Sophie Turner, Tye Sheridan, Olivia Munnm Nicholas Hoult, Alexandra Shipp and Kodi Smit-McPhee will also return.

The film is due for release on February 14, 2019.
