Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past fortnight you will by now have seen the awesome second trailer for the upcoming ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ but in case you’ve missed it here it is in all its HD glory:

There are a few key moments in this trailer that we didn’t want you to miss so here’s our gallery of the best moments that the trailer has to offer including glimpses of some old favourites as well at a little more insight in to some of the newer characters.

The trailer itself does a brilliant job of not giving away much… well… any of the plot of the film itself but does tease a huge amount of action both on the ground and in the air with X-Wing, Tie Fighters and even the Millennium Falcon involved in the action.

We get to hear the voice of Luke Skywalker but at no point do we glimpse his face or that of his sister Princess Leia but there is room for a little Chewy and Han action which is guaranteed to have audiences at the cinema cheering in the aisles.

The new villains and upgraded design for the Stormtroopers look pretty sleek on film but as great as this trailer is and despite the cues of classic ‘Star Wars’ score this still doesn’t feel like a ‘Star Wars’ movie as much as it does a J.J. Abrams movie which isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

Judgement will be reserved for the film itself! ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ opens in cinemas on December 18, 2015.
