VENOM is getting a tie-in comic

Venom (Marvel Comics)

In anticipation of October 5 Marvel comics and Sony Pictures has announced a special Venom tie-in comic.

Written by Sean Ryan, illustrated by Szymon Kudranski, coloured by Ian Herring and lettered by Joe Sabino the one-shot features an awesome cover by artist SKAN.

You can grab your copy digital from September 14 at 11 a.m. ET at the Marvel website. For those hunting for a physical copy things get a little more complicated however. You will only be able to do so if you have purchased tickets for the film’s opening weekend from AMC Theaters in North America.

No news yet on whether any international cinema chains will give away physical copies for those of us outside the States.

Here’s a sneaky peek at the cover art courtesy of IGN.
