SDCC 2017: ‘Krypton’ teaser released by Syfy

Earlier this year we got a look at the leaked trailer for Krypton. Though the trailer was barely online for a day it still made quite a mark on comic fandom. MAny expressed concern at whether a show featuring such unknown characters was necessary.

Regardless of fan reaction SyFy has gone ahead and ordered the show to series with a premier date set for sometime in 2018.

During preview night at SDCC SyFy showed off a new extended trailer for the series. Collider was there to provide a recap for those of us unable to be there. Whilst we wait for a copy of that trailer to make its way online SyFy has provided us with a short teaser to whet the appetite.

Hit play below to check out the new teaser:

Krypton stars Cameron Cuffe as Seg-El, Georgina Campbell as Lyta Zod, Ian McElhinney as Val-El, Elliot Cowan as Daron-Vex, Ann Ogbomo as Alura Zod, Rasmus Hardiker as Kem, Wallis Day as Nyssa-Vex and Aaron Pierre as Dev-Em.

No premiere date has been set for the show as yet.
