Rumours have been circulating since the beginning of the year that composer Rupert Greyson-Williams would be taking on Aquaman. Gregson-Williams is no strange to the DC Films Universe having previously scored last years Wonder Woman.
The success of his score for that film has seemingly led to him taking charge on a second DC project. Whilst the studio is yet to announce his participation Film Music Reporter is carrying a story confirming the news.
With a first trailer due in the next few weeks we hope the composer is hard at work on crafting a theme for the King of Atlantis!
Aquaman stars Jason Momoa in the title role of Arthur Curry/Aquaman. The film also stars Amber Heard as Mera; Oscar nominee Willem Dafoe as Vulko; Temuera Morrison as Tom Curry; Dolph Lundgren as Nereus; Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as Black Manta; with Patrick Wilson as Orm/Ocean Master; and Oscar winner Nicole Kidman as Atlanna.
The film is being produced by Peter Safran, with Zack Snyder, Deborah Snyder, Rob Cowan, Jon Berg and Geoff Johns serving as executive producers.
The film hits cinemas December 21, 2018.
