Earlier this year it was announced that longtime Batman writer Scott Snyder would be moving on. Following the completion of the Dark Knights Metal series he is moving on to a four-part Justice League miniseries dubbed “No Justice”.
Following the end of that miniseries Snyder will take over writing duties on the full Justice League book.
What we haven’t known is who would be drawing Snyder’s Justice League but also who the roster of heroes would be. It’s been teased for some time that the current League roster will be changing. Now thanks to a preview of artwork by Jorge Jimenez we know who to expect!
CBR.com has uncovered a trade listing for Justice League Vol. 1 in paperback. The listing states that current Super Sons artist Jorge Jimenez will provide the interior art for the series. Meanwhile covers will be provided by longtime Marvel artist Jim Cheung.
The listing also includes the below black and white version of one of Cheung’s covers for the series. We can see the new team features Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, The Flash, Cyborg, Martian Manhunter, Hawkgirl and Green Lantern John Stewart.
