Marvel legend Steve Ditko passes away

Steve Ditko

Sad news from the comics industry over the weekend as Marvel legend Steve Ditko has passed away at the age of 90.

Ditko is most famous as the co-creator of iconic characters such as Spider-Man and Doctor Strange. The writer/artist was found dead in his apartment a little over a week ago. Over the weekend multiple sources confirmed his sad passing.

Ditko never married and leaves no surviving family.

As an icon of the golden era of comics we all have a lot to thank him for. Rest in peace to a dear friend of the comics community.
