JOKER adds Bryan Callen and Marc Maron

The cast of Todd Phillips Joker is continuing to grow.

Yesterday actor Bryan Callen announced he will be re-teaming with Phillips to appear in the movie. The pair previously worked together on The Hangover. The actor announced his involvement via his own podcast by saying:

“I’m doing the Joker. I was offered a part. That’ll be fun, but I think it’s only a couple days. I play an aging dancer. A stripper. I don’t want to go into the details. I can’t go into the details, but just know it’s going to be good. I’ll be in a Speedo, I can’t wait. I have some ideas for it.”

Following Callen’s announcement Variety came forward with its own casting news for the movie. According to reports Glow star Marc Aaron is in talks to join Joker as an agent who would be involved with the talk show hosted by Robert De Niro’s character.

Joker will be released on October 4, 2019.
